Prom!

Yes it's been 14 years since my senior prom but last night the prom experienced return. I (along with 17 of my colleagues) chaperoned SHP's junior/senior prom. The location was Hotel Valencia in Santana Row. The venue was outstanding with an indoor room with dance floor and food then an outside area with comfy chairs, fire pits and heaters. There was also a large hallway with a gelato cart (one of my favorite features) and another area for pictures. I was a bit concerned going into the night but must say I was impressed by what the kids where wearing and how they acted. Lots of good food and music, great dresses and tuxes and I even danced a bit with the other chaperone's.
