Mile repeats in the fog

Yes that is right on tuesday night five of the SB crew (Janet, Katie, Megan, Shal and I) cruised to SF on what we thought was a warm beautiful night. We were caught off guard by fog, lots of it. The workout was mile repeats with a 200 pick up after each mile for excitement. We all plugged along despite the track being packed full of runners, walkers and such.
The car ride was eventful, with stories about internal medicine rotations, the redding 10miler and the adventures associated with the race, dress styles, sweating before attending weddings.
Have to cut this short, great news Adam and I are buying a house (well a townhouse)!!! Just recieved the news have to go sign papers. More later!
