Coach Beck in Goggles (again)

Yes, you avid SBV blog readers will recall that we've already seen Coach Beck in action with her goggles on, but not quite like this.

Let's rock and roll

This past tuesday we had a nice foursome of south bayers to brave the nasty rain and everyones favorite workout, Michigan miles. We pushed through the rain and pushed through the pain and we even sang, opps was too much rhyming there. Anyhow it was fun to catch up during our SBV ride, talking about jobs, vacations, track races and clothes. It was a nice way to spend a tuesday night, if you are an Impala that is.

Now before I cut out I must send my fast thoughts out to many of the SBV and friends of the SBV racing this weekend. First we will see Shal and Megan hitting the track on saturday at UC Berkeley. Then Terri, Megan W and Martha hit the road on Monday for the beloved Boston marathon. As coach Mann would say (my head coach in college), let's rock and roll ladies!
