Golden Gate XC race

Last saturday Megan, myself and Blossom (new SBVer) ventured to SF for the golden gate park XC race. It was early in the season but we all decided it was time to pull out those XC flats and see what we could do. It had been really hot all week in the south bay so we were all excited for cool SF weather. Much to our surprise the sun was out in SF and it was quite warm despite our 9am start time. We all completed the 2 loop course in speedy times! We ran a long cool down then loaded back up into the SBVW for the ride home. Discussions included med school (yes blossom is applying right now), high school (teaching and coaching), significant others and of course running. Go South Bay!
